Welcome to Mrs. Barron's First Grade at TES! Let me tell you a little about myself. I earned a Master's Degree in Elementary Education in 2000. I have taught many, many children over the years! I love teaching first graders because their love for learning is so pure and genuine! I am married and have three children. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Always remember: you are your child's first and BEST teacher! Read to them daily to build their vocabulary and instill a love for reading. *This year will be a little different due to health guidelines. However, with your support, we will have a great first grade year! We may look a little different, wearing masks and practicing social distancing, but with your help and understanding, we will make it a great first grade year! Thank you for letting me be a part of your child’s life as his/her teacher!
