  • A newsletter comes home the day after a test which is the beginning of a new set of skills. Each week runs 6 days-five teaching & one test day.  Click on assignments for homework and skills being taught for the week (left of this screen). Please check your child's bookbag daily for important papers or homework journals.

Hello Everyone, 

For the last thirty-four years, my husband and I have lived in lower Pike county.  We have three adult children. We have 7 beautiful grandchildren under the age of 8. I have 2 dogs: Buster-Brown, a 13-year-old bulldog and Luna, my granddog, is a 75 pound Lab/Terria.

I earned a BS and MS degree at Troy University. This is my 24th year in education. I have taught 1st grade, Special Area, and 4th grade, and 3rd grade!! 

In my spare time, I love the beach, reading, fishing, and spending time with my family.
