Mr. Tyler Logan


Tyler Logan, a Mobile, Alabama native, is a graduate of Troy University where he received both his bachelor's and master's degrees in music education. Mr. Logan served multiple roles in the School of Music, including Assistant Drum Major for “The Sound of the South” marching band and collaborative pianist for student ensembles/musicals. During graduate school, he served as the administrative graduate assistant to the Choral and Band Department and as conductor to the Troy University Campus Concert band.

Mr. Logan taught two years as the Director of Bands at Goshen Elementary and High School while also serving as adjunct faculty to Troy University, teaching applied piano lessons, wind and percussion methods, and concert band. Following his time at Goshen, he served three years at Zion Chapel School as Director of Bands receiving consistent superior ratings for both marching and concert bands. Tyler's additional experience includes being a full-time pianist for Hephzibah Baptist Church, and teaching Drum Majors at the Troy University Leadership Camp during the summer.
